this leaking basement had a very small vertical crack, we sealed it off by doing an injection of waterproofing material into the crack. It is easier, and more cost effective to seal a foundation crack from the inside of the home, as opposed to external repairs.

Material is injected to seal the crack

Waterproofing material is injected into the foundation until we can see that the crack is completely filled with material and it is seeping out. Once this material cures, this basement will now be waterproofed from future seepage.
