A year later my pump had a malfunction and was not working right. Rheo came out right away and fixed the issue within minutes. Walked me through how the system works and was very friendly.
Sales Process
Alex was excellent to deal with. Was very thorough and explained everything in great detail.
Our Installation Crew
Average service. Didn't get the overall feeling that the employee took pride in their work. Left equipment behind. Compared to the other great employees I had dealt with this was the only drawback of my experience.
