Polyurethane injection for this basement foundation wall crack that was leaking. Polyurethane injection is a process in which a special resin is injected into a crack, hole, joint or other opening in concrete. The resin reacts with water to form an effective flexible waterproof seal within the wall. 

Fully encapsulated crawlspace using our CleanSpace vapor barrier. This musty crawlspace is transformed into a cleaner, drier and healthier space.

Due to failed external weeping tile, this home was experiencing a flooding basement every time it rained heavily. In order to permanently keep this basement dry, we installed our WaterGuard drainage system with CleanSpace vapour barrier, and tied it all in to our SuperSump. 

Crawl space encapsulating is so important for the overall air quality of your entire home. We are protecting this home from insects & critters, odors & drafts upstairs, and high humidity & condensation. We used our CleanSpace (a blend of high density polyethylene) to isolate this home from the earth below. Since CleanSpace is also anti-mictrobial, this home won't have to worry about mold either. 

This homeowner's basement had many issues with water seepage coming in through the walls and along the cold joint (where the wall and floor meet). After the installation of our WaterGuard with CleanSpace system, their basement is now nice and dry.
