We are interested in buying this property, when we had the home inspection completed, there was a large crack found in the foundation on the east side of the house, we are wanting to get a quote on the cost of fixing this. As well on the west side of the house there was moisture found in the basement, we believe this is just caused by eaves needing cleaning. Would like another opinion on this and what the cost to fix would be. Additionally the sump pump in the basement was dry... is this normal given the grade of the house and just mean the weeping tile is working correctly?
