This large crawl space under a commercial building was very cold and sometimes contained water pooling in certain areas after heavy rainfall. The solution to warm up this space (and decrease overall heating costs) and keep it dry was to: - install our CleanSpace high density polyethylene liner on the dirt floor - insulate the walls  - install a SmartSump pump and Starpipe Drainage system   Now this big crawl space is going to stay warm & dry, and therefore protected from mold & wood rot, insects & critters, odors & drafts upstairs.
