Photo Album: Flooded Basement in Leduc, AB

This basement had water seepage every time it rained. This home did not have any sump pump, and was experiencing failed weeping tile along this side of the home. We sealed a leaking foundation wall crack, and waterproofed the area where flooding was happening with our French Drain system & CleanSpace. Finally, a SuperSump pump was installed to help remove ground water away from the foundation and keep this basement dry.
